Healthy Natural Cures for Gout

Gout typically results in painful swelling in the joints due to the build up of uric acid crystals in the skin, kidneys, and joints. Gout is most commonly seen in the big toe, which often becomes red, swollen, and hot.
There are several natural cures for gout, one of which is cherry fruit. The patient should consume 15-25 cherries each day to begin with, and then ten cherries per day after symptoms have subsided.
Fresh cherries work best, but you can also use canned cherries. Vegetable juices are another option. Carrot juice works particularly well.
For the best results, try mixing carrot juice with cucumber juice and beet juice. Try to consume about 500 ml of the mixture every day.
