  • 200 g honey
  • 200g walnuts
  • 200g raisins
  • 200ml carrot juice
  • 200ml beet root juice
  • 2 lemons

Directions:

Cut the lemons into halves and take out the seeds. Blend the lemons, and you can use the peel as well.

Make sure your lemons are not sprayed with any pesticides if you decide to use the peel.

Add the honey, beet root and carrot juice and stir well. At the very end, add the finely chopped or ground walnuts and raisins.
